FROM ROUTE 80 WEST:
Take Route 80 West to Route 15 North, which is Exit 34B. Proceed North on Route 15 for approximately 14 miles. Turn left at the junction of Route 94 and Sussex Country Route 623 (Sunset Inn Road). (At Junction there will be a traffic light , Exxon gas station on the right corner and a Quick check on the left corner. Proceed on Route 623 South for 3.3 miles and Farmstead will be on your left. (Driving from the George Washington Bridge is approximately one hour.)

FROM BUTLER (ROUTE 23):
Take Route 23 North and make a left at light onto 517 South. (Just before the light is Kelly Tire.) Stay on route 517 South and in Sparta and in Sparta it will turn into 616 West (just stay straight). From Route 23 it will be 10.1 miles. Go to traffic light where Andover Township Municipal Building is on left and Max's Station House Restaurant is on your right. Make a right at this traffic light onto Route 623 North and Farmstead is one mile on right hand side.

FROM HACKETTSTOWN:
Take Route 46 to Route 517 North to Route 206 North into the town of Andover. North on 206 in Andover make right turn at the Exxon station onto Limecrest Road. Follow Limecrest Road to 1st traffic light. Turn left onto Newton-Sparta Road (616W). At the 1st traffic light turn right onto Rt. 623. (Max's Station House Restaurant on right corner). Farmstead is one mile on right on Rt. 623 North.

FROM ROUTE 287:
Take Route 287 North to 80 West and follow directions from Route 80 West.

FROM VERNON (ROUTE 94):
Take Route 94 South to the intersection of Route 15 (Exxon on the rt. Corner) Go straight through light onto Sussex County Route 623.(Sunset In Road )Farmstead is 3.3 miles on the left.

When looking to book a group outing Farmstead is a great course to choose! Through the 50 plus years we have been open, the Farmstead staff has acquired the knowledge and skills to ensure your event is a great success.

We offer tee-time starts for outings of every size 7 days a week. Shotgun starts are available on Wednesday and Thursday at 8:00 A.M. and at 1:30 P.M. These are normally reserved for larger groups of 100 golfers or more. Modified shotgun starts are also available for smaller groups.

Farmstead a 27 - Hole Layout, is comprised of three individual 9 Hole Courses:

Lakeview, Clubview & Valleyview.

Lakeview: Par 35 and 3,310 yards in length
Lakeview has 6 holes where water can become a factor, and features 4 doglegs, which require an accurate tee shot. Lakeview #2, a slight dogleg to the right, par 4 which measures 380 yards (middle tees) requires a precise tee shot to the center or left center of the fairway. In order to set up a demanding second to a narrow green which is guarded by water and bunkers to the left and out of bounds on the right. Lakeview #9 finishes with a 124 yard par 3 over water, a very intimidating hole for most players.

Clubview: Par 36 and 3,370 yards in length
Clubview, our original nine holes, offers players a traditional mix of par 3s, 4s and 5s. Although with most of the holes, straight away, accurate tee shots are a must with its mature tree lined fairways. Clubview finishes with two demanding holes, #8 a 432 yard par 4 requires a lengthy tee shot, which will confront the player with yet another lengthy second shot over water to the green. The 9th hole, a172 yard par 3 requires a proper club selection and accuracy, as water surrounds the green.

Valleyview: Par 34 and 2,851 yards in length
While shorter in length, VAlleyview is our most challenging layout with its hilly terrain, narrow tree lined fairways, and small undulating greens. Accurate tee shots are a must, as out of bounds comes into play on 7 of the 9 holes. Valleyview finishes with three extremely challenging holes. The 9th hole, a 433 yard par 4, with out of bounds to the right as trees guard the left, from a good tee shot the player will still be confronted with a lengthy blind second shot down hill to an undulating green. A par here would be something to be proud of.

♦ Tee Times can be made for a maximum of 4 players
♦ All fees are due upon arrival at the course

Cancellation Policy:
At least 24 hours notice must be given to cancel or make changes to a tee time. You may do this during daylight hours either in person or over the phone by calling (973) 383-1666. If the change or cancellation is not made within this timeframe, the credit card holder is responsible for all applicable charges and will be automatically billed a "No Show Fee" for all players booked under the reservation. Changes and cancellations may not be made on the website.
